Yoda Tabuni was prosecuted along with Yosam Wenda. He was accused of of throwing rocks along the road, while Bahlua Tabuni has since been put on a police wanted list. Yosam Wenda was arrested on 30 August 2019 and accused of looting a computer keyboard found in his bag. Both Yosam Wenda and Yoda Tabuni were found guilty of violating Article 363 paragraph (1) section 2 of the Criminal Code on theft and sentenced to six months in jail on 11 February 2020.
